Lupz Premium provides a video-on-demand service. Payment grants the user a 24-hour access license to view the specific digital content selected at the time of purchase.
2. Delivery of Access Code
Upon successful payment confirmation via Xendit, an automated "Unlock Code" will be sent to the email address provided. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the email address entered is correct.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the immediate access and digital nature of our content, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be canceled or reversed.

- System Verification: Claims of "non-receipt" are verified via internal server logs. If our logs confirm the code was generated and successfully transmitted, no refund will be issued.
- Access Tracking: We track code activations. If our system shows the code has already been used to access or stream the content, refund requests are automatically void.
- Proof Requirement: Technical issues must be reported within 1 hour of purchase with valid proof, such as a Screenshot of the error. Requests without sufficient evidence cannot be processed.
- Dispute Resolution: Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent disputes filed through Xendit or your bank will be contested using our internal delivery logs and access tracking data as evidence.
